How agent billing works
Your monthly bill is your practice plan plus one subscription per client entity, all charged to your Stripe customer account. Add a client → pick their plan → Stripe checkout → done. You see the consolidated total on your dashboard; Stripe sends one invoice per period covering everything.
Example: Agent Practice ($499/mo) + 1 × Business Lite client ($59/mo) = $558/mo. Add another Business Lite client → $617/mo. Drop a client → next invoice prorates back down.

Pricing FAQ
I run a Pty Ltd. Do I need a separate plan for my personal tax return?
No — Business Lite and Business Pro both include your owner's personal ITR
on a linked Individual entity at no extra cost. One bill, two linked dashboards.
How are bundle discounts handled across multiple entities?
Stripe automatically prorates if you switch entities or plans. For tax agents managing multiple
clients, billing is one subscription per client (per-client metering) consolidated under one
Stripe customer.
Do I need to register for GST to use the platform?
No. We support entities below the $75,000 GST registration threshold via Free and
Individual plans (no GST features). The onboarding wizard walks through the
decision with citations to the ATO rule that determines your obligation.
Can a tax agent lodge on my behalf?
Yes. Sign up as a tax agent (TPB-registered) to manage multiple clients from one dashboard.
You can also invite an existing agent through your entity's settings page.
What's the refund policy?
Cancel any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. You retain access through the end
of the paid period. Pro-rata refunds for early cancellation are case-by-case —
contact us.
